## Discrepancy

LANDING GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT MOVE ON DEPARTURE, COULD NOT RETRACT LANDING GEAR. GEAR HANDLE REMAINED DOWN, GEAR SHOWED THREE GREEN DN FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT. REFERRED TO EMERGENCY/ABNORMAL CHECKLIST AND COULD NOT FIND APPLICABLE PROCEDURE PER INDICATIONS. NO LIMITATIONS EXCEEDED IN FLIGHT.   REMOVED BROKEN LANDING GEAR HANDLE P/N H218B S/N 00653 AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LANDING GEAR HANDLE. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REF AMM 32-30-30.
