## Discrepancy

DURING THE APPROACH WHILE SELECTING FLAPS FROM 2 TO FULL WE RECEIVED A YELLOW FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE. WE ACCOMPLISHED THE RESPECTIVE QRC AND TRIED CYCLING THE FLAPS THREE TIMES AND THEY DID NOT MOVE. DURING THE POST FLIGHT IT APPEARS THAT BOTH THE RT AND LT FLAPS HAD FAILED IN THE SAME POSITION. ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND POWERED UP WITH NO FAULTS ACTIVE, COMPETED FLAP OPS CHECKS . CYCLED POWER AND CYCLED FLAPS 2 MORE TIMES, CYCLED POWER AND CYCLED 2 MORE TIME WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED,SPOKE WITH CANTACT CEMTER AND NO FAULT HISTORY SO THE SUGGESTED RELEASE OF AIRCRAFT. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-50-00
