## Discrepancy

DOOR MOTOR CLUTCH REMAINS DISENGAGED & DOOR WILL FREE-FALL UNLATCHED.  OPENED DOOR.  DOOR OPENED NORMALLY UNTIL APPROX 2/3RDS OF WAY DOWN, HEARD A LOUD BANG AS IF SOMETHING BROKE.  DOOR FINISHED OPENING & REMAINED COMPLETELY OPEN REVEALING NOTHING OUT OF ORDINARY ON VISUAL INSP.  ATTEMP TO CLOSE DOOR NORMAL VIA BUTTON INSIDE & DOOR BEGAN TO CLOSE, BUT MOTOR GAVE UP APPROX 1/4 OF WAY.  ATTEMPTS WITH BUTTON DO NOTHING, NO DOOR MOVEMENT OR SOUND.  ABLE TO MANUAL LIFT DOOR & LATCH CLOSED.  ON OPENING & SUPPORTING FROM OUTSIDE, DOOR DOESN`T SEEM TO BE DAMPENED AGAINST GRAVITY AT ALL & WILL FREE FALL IF NOT ASSISTED. INSP DOOR & ACCESSED GAS STRUT, BELLCRANK BROKEN & GAS STRUT WAS STILL LOADING BELLERANK, REMOVED BELLCRANK & GAS STRUT & REPLACED.  OPS CHKD GOOD. ORIG SUB DATE: 7-6-2026
