## Discrepancy

DESCENDING THROUGH 28,000 FEET, WE TURNED ON THE ANTI-ICE SYSTEM. A FEW MOMENTS LATER RECEIVED CAS WARNING MSG: ANTI-ICE WING XFLOW OPEN. AFTER TURNING TO AVOID THE IMPENDING ICING CONDITIONS, WE RAN THE QRH. TRIED TO CYCLE THE XFLOW VALVE BUT THE MESSAGE REAPPEARED. AVOIDED ICING CONDITIONS AND LANDED AT A DIVERSIONARY AIRPORT THAT DID NOT HAVE ICING CONDITIONS ON ITS APPROACH. R & R WING ANTI-ICE CROSS FLOW VALVE & 2 PREFORMED PACKING SEALS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 30-10-10.
