## Discrepancy

MAIN ENTRY DOOR WILL NOT LATCH SHUT. AFTER MCD STEP & UNDER STEP CLOSE-OUT PANEL REMOVAL, INSPECTION REVEALED THE AFT LOWER TAPER PIN ASSOCIATED WITH PUSHROD NR 9 WAS DRAWN IN SLIGHTLY TOO MUCH WITHIN ITS RECESS. MADE SLIGHT ADJUSTMENT TO PUSHROD NR 9 TO ALLOW LOWER AFT TAPER PIN & MCD INNER & OUTER HANDLES FUNCTION NORMALLY. LUBED MCD PINS AS A PRECAUTION. OPENED & CLOSED MCD MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED IAW MM 52-10-50 & 52-10-04.
