## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT SHUTOFF. WE TRIED QRH BOTH RESET SWITCHES UNDER EACH SEAT. EMERGENCY LIGHTS STILL REMAIN ON. UPPON ARRIVING TO THE A/C NO LIGHTS WERE ON. POWERED UP A/C AND FOUND ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. GAINED ACCESS TO BOTH COCKPIT INTERNIA SWITCHES & ATTEMPTED TO RESET WITH CHANGE. CONTINUED & REMOVED UPPER PORTION OF AFT WALL IN BAGGAGE THEN REMOVED AFT WALL, GAINED ACCESS TO INTERIA SWITCH AND RESET THEM. ONCE RESET ALL LIGHTS WENT OFF. REF. CE-700 AMM 33-50-00.
