## Discrepancy

ON INITIAL TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS RAISED AND RECEIVED GEAR DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE ALONG WITH PROX SYS FAULT MESSAGE. B3 CODE 007504. TOWER CONFIRMED ALL GEAR WERE IN THE UP POSITION WITH THE GEAR HANDLE UP. GEAR INDICATIONS SHOWED RIGHT MAIN AND NOSE UP AND LEFT GEAR DOWN.  REMOVED RH MLG DOWNLOCK SENSOR PX08 HARNESS ASSEMBLY  AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW RH MLG DOWNLOCK SENSOR PX08 HARNESS ASSEMBLY   WORK IN REF. TO AMM 32-32-09.
