## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF UPON GEAR RETRACTION WE GOT A LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE NOSE GEAR DID NOT GO ALL THE WAY UP. LEVELED OFF COMPLETED QRH PROCEDURE. GEAR CAME DOWN WITH A THREE GREEN INDICATION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED NLG STRUT ASSY  DUE TO NLG STRUT DOES NOT FULLY RETRACT, SHOCK ABSORBER STUCK -5" SHORTER THAN FULLY EXTENDED, LEAKS WHEN SERVICING. INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED NLG STRUT ASSY   AND SERVICED AND LUBRICATED NLG STRUT AS NEEDED. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. WORK PERFORMED IRW EMB-505 AMM 32-21-01.
