## Discrepancy

CARGO DOOR OPEN CAS ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB AT APPROXIMATELY 10000 FT.  CABIN DEPRESSURIZED.  CABIN PRESSURE WAS CONTROLLABLE IN MANUAL MODE.  FOUND THE DOOR LOCK PROX SENSOR DAMAGED. REMOVED DAMAGED DOOR LOCK PROX SENSOR PN:8-642-03 SN:64499 AND INSTALLED NEW PROX SENSOR PN:8-642-03 SN:67102. PERFOMRED OPS CHECKS WITH NOI DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. IAW AMM 52-70-05.
