ON TAKEOFF APPROXIMATELY 70KTS CENTER FUEL TRANSFER FAIL AMBER CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. TAKEOFF ABORTED.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE CENTER TRANSFER PUMPS IAW AMM 28-22-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
