DURING CRUISE AT 43000 THE CHECK DOORS AND CABIN DOOR OPEN CAUTION MESSAGES APPEARED. WE COMPLIED WITH QRH PROCEDURES AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MESSAGES STAYED THE REMAINDER OF FLIGHT.   REMOVED MED WIRING HARNESS PN: 8469153-2 NSN AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER PROVIDED NEW MED WIRING HARNESS PN: 8469153-1 NSN. NO FAULTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. IN REF TO CE-680A SPM 20-30-15 AND CE-680A MM 52-10-00
