## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMSO, WENT TO SELECT GEAR DOWN AND NOTICED A STRANGE SOUND. MOMENTS LATER, OBSERVED A NOSE GEAR DISAGREE AND ALSO NOTICED NOSE GEAR DID NOT DEPLOY. FOLLOWED QRH AND PULLED D-RING BUT NO EFFECT. NEXT FOLLOWING THE QRH, ATTEMPTED TO BLOW DOWN GEAR BUT ALSO NO EFFECT.
