DURING GEAR RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF, THE NOSE GEAR INDICATED IN TRANSIT AND NEVER FULLY RETRACTED. LG LEVER DISAG CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. HYDRAULIC PRESSURE WAS NORMAL. ALL GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY WHEN SELECTED DN.  SERVICED NLG STRUT. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 12-14-02
