WITH EMER LIGHTS SWITCH ON, EMERGENCY OVERHEARD LIGHTS FLICKER ON AND OFF, AS WELL AS EXIT SIGN, AND PATHWAY LIGHTS CORRECTIVE ACTION: T/S AND FOUND EMERGENCY BATTERIES DEPLETED. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERIES WITH REPAIRED ASSEMBLIES AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD IAW EMB300 AMM 33-52-01/400.  PART OFF: 7450LS-00, S/N: 006342.  PART NUMBER ON: 7450LS-00, SERIAL #: ON: 005077
