## Discrepancy

TOE KICK LIGHT UNDER SEAT THREE DOES NOT WORK EITHER WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM OR WITH THE INTERIOR LIGHTING SYSTEM SUSPECT THE LIGHT BAR IS BROKEN.  FOUND WIRES WERE CUT DUE TO JAMMING IN THE SEAT3 MECHANISM TO THE SEAT 3 PATH LIGHT FC2002 WIRES L166A16BL AND L166A16WH. ALSO NOTED SEAT 3 LED ASSY FC2002 DAMAGED. REPAIRED WIRES AND REPLACED SEAT3 PATH LIGHT LED ASSEMBLY WITH A NEW LED LIGHT ASSEMBLY. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW  AMM 33-50-00. WIRES REPAIRED IAW SPM 20-30-25 AND IMM 25-92-06 DWG 3678004. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
