## Discrepancy

UPON OPENING AIRCRAFT DOOR THE UPPER ROLLER ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE SHEARED OFF AND FELL TO THE GROUND. THE SIDE WITH THE NUT AND COTTER PIN WAS NOT RECOVERED BUT MAY BE IN THE DOOR; THERE SEEMED TO BE A GRINDING AND VIBRATION FROM THE DOOR RIGGING WHEN CLOSING.  REPLACED THE ROLLER GUIDE AND ASSOCITATED HARDWARE AS REQUIRED, OPENED AND CLOSED MED, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME, REF MM 52-11-01.
