## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE AT FL400, AMBER BLEED 2 LEAK CAS MSG ILLUMINATED.  ACCOMPLISHED INITIAL PORTION OF QRH TO ISOLATE THE FAULTY SYS &  CAS MSG EXTINGUISHED. SHORTLY,  CAS MSG FLICKERED ON & OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES, DIVERTED & ACCOMP REST OF QRH SHORT OF SHUTTING NR 2 ENG DOWN SINCE CAS MESSAGE REMAINED OUT. ON FINAL APPROACH, BLEED 2 LEAK CAS ILLUMINATED AGAIN & REMAINED ON. ABOUT TO LAND, ELECTED TO CONTINUE WITH NR 2 ENG AT IDLE, LANDED, CLEARED THE RUNWAY, & SHUT ACFT DOWN FOR TOW TO PARKING.  FOUND WIRES TO HEAT SWITCH FWD OF RT PRECOOLER DAMAGED & GROUNDING OUT. REPAIRED WIRES IAW SWPM 20-41-20 & REROUTED WIRES TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE. PERFORMED OPS CHK WITH NO FURTHER FAULTS NOTED.
