## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FLIGHT LEVEL 410 WE RECEIVED ICAS MESSAGE CABIN ALT WARNING THE CABIN HIGH WARNING. THE CABIN RATE WAS CLIMBING AND FALLING. COULD NOT CONTROL PRESSURE IN EITHER MANUAL OR AUTO. AFTER LANDING WHEN WE OPEN THE BAGGAGE DOOR A RUBBER SEAL FELL.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED FLAP SEAL. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW BD700 AMP 52-31-09
