## Discrepancy

AMBER CABIN DOOR OPEN AND CHECK DOORS CAS MESSAGES CAME ON IN CRUISE AT FL410. COMPLETED QRH AND CAS MESSAGES REMAINED FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT AND AFTER LANDING. NO SOUNDS IN COCKPIT OR CABIN TO INDICATE CABIN DOOR WAS AJAR.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FWD UPPER DOOR POST PROX SWITCH SC002 AND THE VENT DOOR POSITION PROX SWITCH SC005 WITH NEW,  OPS CHKD AND NO TAKE OFF WARNING CHECKED ALL CHECKS NO DEFECTS NOTED. RE-INSTALLED ALL ACCESS ITEMS AND MAN CABIN DOOR STEP ASSY. IAW AMM 52-70-10, 52-70-00, & 31-59-00. PCB REMOVED & INSTALLED,  PROX SWITCH REMOVED & INSTALLED, PROX SWITCH REMOVED & INSTALLED.
