## Discrepancy

DURING DEPARTURE, GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON. CLIMBED TO 8000 FEET. RAN LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT CHECKLIST IN QRH. GEAR EXTENDED AND GOT 3 GREEN LIGHTS. RETURNED TO KTEB AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. WE DID NOT HAVE TO BLOW THE GEAR DOWN AND IT WAS NOT AN OVERWEIGHT LANDING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH LH AND RH MLG UPLOCK SWITCHES IAW AMM 32-30-05. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
