## Discrepancy

CABIN DOOR POWER ASSIST MOTOR STARTED CYCLING ON AND OFF AS WE TAXIIED OUT. WHEN YOU GO TO OPEN DOOR, THE MOTOR WOULD CYCLE ON - UNCOMMANDED- AND THE DOOR WOULD TRY AND CLOSE ITSELF. THIS CYCLE WOULD HAPPEN REPEATEDLY. AVIONICS BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED TO KEEP DOOR FROM TRYING TO CLOSE ON ITS OWN.  REMOVED INTERMITTEN RDE#1 AND REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED RDE. PERFORMED SEVERAL / OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE MED BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS.REF. GL6000 SMM 44-10-54
