ON APPROACH, PILOTS RECEIVED A BRAKE FAIL CASS MESSAGE.  PILOT DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT BRAKE CONTROL VALVE FAILED AND REPLACED.
