INVESTIGATED SOURCE OF FUEL STAINS NOTED ON RT WING INBD L/E INBD RT NACELLE AREA.  FOUND RT ENGINE FUEL RETURN LINE TUBE ASSY.  DISCONNECTED FROM FUEL RETURN LINE NACELLE FIREWALL BULKHEAD FITTING ON AFT (NACELLE) SIDE.
