## Discrepancy

A CRACK IN THE PLENUM NEAR THE IGNITER BOSS.  THE CRACK WAS RIGHT ALONG THE WELD AROUND THE IGNITER BOSS.  MOST LIKELY THE IGNITER WAS AT SOME POINT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERTORQUED CAUSING STRESS TO THE PLENUM.
