WHILE LOWERING THE #2 (CENTER) ENGINE FOR ACCESS, THE HOISTING WINCH CABLE SNAPPED CAUSING THE ENGINE TO FALL TO THE GROUND SERIOUSLY ENDANGERING THE TECHNICIANS WORKING TO REMOVE THE ENGINE.
