## Discrepancy

DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION,   FOUND THE NR 3 CYLINDER HAD LOW COMPRESSION. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE CYLINDER HEAD WAS CRACKED AROUND THE INTAKE VALVE SEAT AND THROUGH THE CYLINDER HEAD WALL AND OUT BETWEEN THE CYLINDER COOLING FINS.
