## Discrepancy

DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, AN EXISTING BLEND-OUT WAS FOUND IN THE CENTER FUSELAGE III LOWER SKIN BETWEEN FRAMES 86-87 AND STRINGERS 27R-28R. SINCE NO PREVIOUS RECORD OF THIS BLEND-OUT EXISTS, IT WAS INSPECTED AND EVALUATED. THE CONDITION WAS FOUND TO BE OUTSIDE THE LIMITS DEFINED IN SRM 53-23-01/AD51, AS THE BLEND DEPTH EXCEEDS 10% OF THE SKIN THICKNESS. THE MINIMUM REMAINING THICKNESS IS 1.35MM (15.62% THICKNESS REDUCTION) WHERE THE NOMINAL THICKNESS IS 1.6MM. THIS CONDITION REPORTED WAS REPAIRED IAW ETD2026-190-001937 REV. A DTD FEB 02 2026 AND DOCUMENTED UNDER COOPESA EO COO-EO-2026-23836-R00. JOB A1Q328 ITEM 21-19
