## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTED THAT ENGINE #1 PYLON AFT FAIRING HEAT SHIELD SKIN #8 HAD AN EXISTING REPAIR AT THE AFT LOWER CORNER OF THE EXHAUST GRILL CUTOUT. ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS OPERATOR RECORDS, THIS REPAIR LACKS MATERIAL TRACEABILITY. CONSEQUENTLY, IT WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW A NEW REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH SRM REQUIREMENTS. FOLLOWING REMOVAL, A CRACK WAS DETECTED AT THE UPPER CORNER OF THE EXHAUST GRILL CUTOUT. IN LIGHT OF THIS FINDING. DUE TO IT, DETAILS WERE SENT TO EMB FOR EVALAUTION AND REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS. EMB EMITTED THE ETD2026-190-013916 AND DOCUMENTED UNDER COOPESA EO COO-EO-2026-24868 UNDER THE JOB A1Q358 AND ITEM 21-16
