## Discrepancy

DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, AN EXISTING REPAIR WAS FOUND AT THE RH WING LOWER SKIN BETWEEN RIBS 9 AND 11, COMMON TO SPAR II. ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS OPERATOR RECORDS, THE REPAIR WAS INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD2018-190-071059 REV. C GUIDELINES. HOWEVER, THE REPAIR RECORDS LACK MATERIAL TRACEABILITY. CONSEQUENTLY, THE EXISTING REPAIR WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF A NEW REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD2018-190-071059 REV. C GUIDELINES. AFTER REMOVAL, THREE SKIN CUTOUTS WERE FOUND. NOTABLY, THE CUTOUT COMMON TO RIB 10 SHOWED REMAINING CRACK CONDITION. DUE TO IT, DETAILS WERE SENT TO EMB AND WAS REPAIRED IAW ETD2026-190-014054 AND DOCUMENTED PER EO COO-EO-2026-24880-R00.
