## Discrepancy

DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, THE TIE CLIP AR BS 460, STR 27R WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. REMOVED DAMAGED TIE CLIP. INSTALLED FABRICATED REPLACEMENT TIE CLIP.
