## Discrepancy

NOSE TIRE BLEW UPON LANDING.  UPON DISASSEMBLING TIRE AND WHEEL ASSY, FOUND APPROX 2 INCH HOLE IN TUBE.  PROBABLE CAUSE UNKNOWN.
