INFLIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW CALLED AND REPORTED NR 2 MAIN FUEL QTY INDICATION FLUCTUATION, AIRCRAFT RETURN JFK.  RESET CB REPLACED NR 2 FUEL GAUGE AND NR 2 DTCU, VERIFIED WITH STICKS.
