## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHT IN LIGHT ASSY OVER UPPER DECK STAIRWELL FLICKERED ON AND OFF WITH SWITCH IN ARM POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER UPPER DECK STAIRWELL REF MM 33-51-07 SYSTEM OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
