## Discrepancy

NR 4 ENGINE SHUT DOWN FOR LOSS OF OIL ON APPROACH.  FOUND CRACK IN GEAR BOX.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 ENGINE PER EIA W/C F7201 OP'S AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
