RIGHT INBD AFT FLAP ELEMENT CONTROL ROD IS BROKEN.  LEFT INBD FLAP OUTBOARD CANOE HAS A LARGE HOLE.  ACCOMPLISHED INSP REF MM 5-51-05 PHASE I AND PHASE II DAMAGE FOUND.  REMOVED AND REPLACED INBD RT AILERON REF MM 27-11-01 OPS CHECK IS GOOD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 3 EA PUSH-PULL RODS AS REQUIRED REF MM 27-51-26 OPS CHECK IS GOOD REF MM 27-51-26.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 & NR 5 CANOES REF MM 27-51-26 OPS CHECK GOOD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 5 FLAP TRACK CANOE CAM SPRING ASSY OPS CHECK GOOD REF MM 27-51-39.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT INBD MID FLAP COVER PANEL PER B SRM 51-30-02.
