## Discrepancy

STATOR ADAPTOR FAILED AND DAMAGED REAR OF CASE WHERE SHAFT RIDES.  ADAPTOR WAS REMOVED 20 HOURS EARLIER AND INSPECTED PER CSB.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  THESE UNITS CONTINUE TO FAIL CAUSING VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIRS.
