RIGHT MAIN TIRE FLAT UPON 180 DEGREE TURN FOR BACK TAXI.  AIRCRAFT WAS DISABLED ON RUNWAY  MAINTENANCE REPLACED TIRE ASSEMBLY AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
