LT & RT BRAKE PEDALS HARD WHEN DEPRESSED BUT NO BRAKES WHEN PEDALS PUSHED VERY HARD MINIMAL BREAKING FELT.  FEELS LIKE ANTI-SKID IS ACTIVATED BUT SWITCH IS IN OFF POSITION.  CLEANED BREAKS, CHECKED RESERVOIR FLUID, OPS CHECKED GOOD ON GROUND.
