## Discrepancy

ELEVATOR TRIM FAILED & WAS STUCK IN A SLIGHTLY NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED RIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF. PILOT RETURNED TO POINT OF DEPARTURE & LANDED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
