## Discrepancy

LEFT BRAKE CALIPER BOLT BROKEN AND JAMMED THE TIRE ASSEMBLY RESULTING IN A FLAT SPOTTED TIRE.  THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY AS WELL AS THE TIRE ASSEMBLY WERE REPLACED.
