## Discrepancy

A CHANNEL WAS FOUND CRACKED AT HYDRAULIC POWER PACK RELIEF NOTCH CUTOUT.  FABRICATED A NEW PART IAW HAG-40987-2-SA-PO8150,  AND DRAWING, HAG40987-2 AND  INSTALLED.
