## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF, NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT MAKE POWER.  CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO GATE.  TD SYSTEM HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY DEFERRED, HOWEVER SYSTEM WAS TURNED ON.  DEACTIVATED TD SYSTEM, GROUND CHECKED GOOD.
