NEW CONVERTER REC'D FROM ANCHORAGE ORDERED FROM BENZ AIRBORNE.  UNIT WILL NOT ADJUST LOW ENOUGH.  ONLY HAS 15.5 HRS SINCE NEW.  RETURNING TO BENZ ON ERA REPAIR ORDER  RW-884522 REQUESTING WARRANTY REPAIR.
