## Discrepancy

UNIT IS INOPERABLE.  LOCK SCREWS ARE STRIPPED.   HAS CORROSION, MAJOR WATER DAMAGE. ACTION TAKEN:  CLEANED, REPLACED LOCKING SCREWS.  ALSO REPLACED BROKEN KNOB.
