HOUSING RECEIVED WITHOUT THREAD SEALANT. CHECKED GEARBOX OUT ON HOLD BOARD, C/W PRELIMINARY INSPECTION. NO DEFECTS NOTED, DRILLED OUT LOCKS ON 2 STUDS, APPLIED LOCKTITE AND REINSTALLED ORIGINAL STUDS WITH NEW LOCKS.  ATTACHED ORIGINAL YELLOW TAG TO GEARBOX  REPAIRED.
