ENGINE GETS 100 PERCENT N1 BUT FALLS OFF WHEN PULLING PITCH.  DROPS EARLY / OUT OF SERVICE LIMITS. HAS STIFF THROTTLE SHAFT, CORRODED, UNDER SIZE ECCENTRIC SHAFT. REPAIRED AND TESTED IAW HONEWELL OHM FORM 15-1095A.
