## Discrepancy

DURING PREFLIGHT WITH ENGS COLD 1ST OFFICER NOTED ELEC SMOKE ON THE FLIGHT DECK & HEARD 115 VOLT BUSS TIE CB POP.  FOUND SECONDARY INVERTER BURNT UP.  REPLACED INVERTER & GND TESTED GOOD.
