## Discrepancy

AUTOPILOT WAS RECENTLY INSTALLED THAT HAD A YAW DAMPENER AS AN OPTION.  UPON THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PILOT CLAIMS THAT THE YAW DAMPENER CAME ONLINE, UNCOMMANDED, CAUSING A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL.
