DURING INSPECTION OF LOWER BELLY AREA, THE AMT FOUND THE AVA HAMMER, PN: NVX-2042-1, HAD TWO SCREWS SHEARED OFF WHICH CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE UPPER CASE.
