DURING 100 HOUR INSPECTION, THE TAIL ROTOR GUARD MOUNTING BLOCK ASSY WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED ON 3 SIDES OF THE SMALL BOLT HOLE CONTAINING A HELICOIL INSERT.
